My client, an International Engineering Company’s Property Management Division is currently seeking a qualified Property Administrative Assistant for their Calgary office. The Property Administrative Assistant will be responsible for internal and external correspondence Coordination of all meetings and minute taking. The Property Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the managers (including expense reports, travel arrangements, filing, etc) in addition to maintaining and updating of tenant, employee, and vendor contact lists. This position will raise purchase order requisitions on behalf of the Facility Manager, Maintenance Team Leader and Building Technicians and manage receipt of goods and services. Other duties include: - assisting with the preparation of letters, presentations, and spreadsheets as required - coordination of ontime reporting to Team Members re vacation/sick leave requests, training records, emergency contact lists. - managing the local office requirements including office supplies, couriers, IT requests and other duties assigned by the Facility Manager - ordering of office supplies for the office and building operators. - working with the Quality Control Manager to ensure ISO compliance along with general reception duties, accounts payable, filing etc QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years’ related experience in administration with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills - Ability to gain security clearance - Able to work to deadline in a busy atmosphere. - Experience working in Property Management environment is an asset. SALARY $30,000 - $35,000 + excellent benefits and opportunity for career advancement.
