PROJECT MANAGER Downtown International Engineering Firm
Working in the Property Management division, and reporting to the Senior Project Manager, position oversees project budgets and timelines, has enormous decision making tasks, and extensive client interaction.
Duties: Managing all aspects of repair, capital, or tenant renovation project life cycles (using a PMI based process) from initiation and planning, design and implementation, through project close out.
Procurement of required consultants and contractors using acceptable sourcing practices and overseeing co-ordination of all consulting work will also be required.
Provides support to Quality Management through on-site visits and completion of necessary reporting, in addition to providing support to the Commissioning Manager for completion of project commissioning requirements.
Qualifications:
3-5 years related Project Management experience in a construction environment; budgeting and financial reporting experience.
