International Engineering Company’s Property Management division is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Team Lead.
Position reports to the Facility Manager and is responsible for:
operation and maintenance of the environmental, electrical and mechanical systems of certain building(s)in their portfolio.
Assigning daily responsibilities to team members and providing technical guidance and direction to operations staff
Undertaking corrective and preventative maintenance of all environmental, mechanical and electrical operational systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, major refrigeration systems, electrical lighting distribution, and water treatment.
Ensuring the completion of scheduled corrective and preventative maintenance service to building environmental systems.
SKILLS:
Minimum of 7-10 years Building Operations or industry experience.
4th Class Power Engineers Certificate or equivalent preferred.
Working knowledge of safety codes and the ability to make effective technical decisions in emergency situations needed.
SALARY:
Hourly wage $25 - $27 per hour + excellent benefits and room for growth.
