This is an International Teleconferencing leader, providing high quality Audio and Video Teleconferencing services supported by specialized proprietary equipment.

The Role
The candidate will be part of a core team of people dedicated to the services offered by my client.
As Conference Specialist you will provide Technical support and guidance to their Vancouver based Sales Team, including:
- setting up and managing conference calls using proprietary bridging equipment and software
- providing sales teams and customers with technical support
- general up- keep, and maintenance of the equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Telco and IP technical experience is required, along with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field.
High level of technical understanding, perhaps with Network Administration experience or you've previously maintained conferencing equipment
You can diagnose PC related issues, and have some advanced MS Office and Internet technology related skills.
As you will be doing telephone work with clients, good telephone etiquette, excellent communication skills and a polite disposition are essential.
Salary:
This position pays a base salary of $35,000 - $40,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus and excellent benefits and exellent advancement opportunities.
