North Shore Direct Marketing Company is currently seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives for their busy Inbound Call Centre.
Responsibilities include:
accurate processing of telephone orders into the computer while on the telephone with customers,
handling telephone inquiries and credit card processing,
explanation of billing charges when necessary,
handling UPS tracking and claim forms,
client follow up, troubleshooting and up–selling of product line to customers placing orders.
SKILLS
Candidates must be very comfortable with computers and have the ability to cross sell product lines over the telephone.
Training will be provided on product lines.
Pays $12.50 per hour + bonus which is paid quarterly dependant upon target goals and successful up–selling of products. Extended Medical and dental benefits included and ample room for growth.
