North Shore based Direct Marketing firm in the health and beauty industry is currently seeking a qualified Customer Care Representative.
Duties include, imputing check orders, processing check and credit card refunds, processing orders and reshipments, review UPS rerouting charges, research problems with charges and credit card declines, process charge-backs, troubleshooting, customer service, and general administrative duties as required.
SKILLS The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, word processing, and customer service. All applicants must have excellent communications and customer service skills.
SALARY $12 – 14 hour + bonus + benefits and room for growth.
