 Role:

Manages all contract activity for major projects.  
Travel to the client's offices or to the project site may be required, either before the contract receives final approval or during the life of the contract.

Participates in strategic planning activities for specific projects (e.g., risk assessment, bid/no bid analysis, participation in business plan development, etc.).
Ensures proficiency and timeliness of contract administration.
Recruits, interviews, and evaluates employees.
Supports all phases of proposal preparation, as well as contract negotiations and administration.
Negotiates with clients.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Skills:

4-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
10+ years of related experience, especially prime contract administration experience, and ideally within large technology based organizations
of prime contracts.
Strong PC software skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to perform in a management capacity is also required.

Salary:  to $70K plus excellent benefits including generous profit sharing/ bonus program
