My Client, a busy Entrepreneur, involved with numerous Educational pursuits such as core curriculum development and the franchising of Junior Kindergarten schools is actively seeking a qualified Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly organised and an excellent writer, someone who will happily “jump in” to my client’s life and take over much of the workload so that my client is able concentrate on different areas of the business. My client needs a “right arm” person so to speak. This firm has been in operation for several years, and currently has 6 schools in the franchise; my client is in the process of expanding the business to include a line of Educational toys and various other exciting educational programs. The company is growing fast and the CEO is looking for an Assistant to provide support in a variety of areas. Position requirements include everything from taking dictation, to personal errands (dry cleaning, oil changes!); this person must also be experienced with MS Word, Excel, Power point and all office procedures and have a valid BC drivers licence. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial, think outside of the box EA who would like the opportunity to make this position their own. Marketing background would be an asset as there will be significant writing of correspondence, editing, and proofreading involved in the position. This person will be expected to act in my client’s absence, and must have an excellent command of the English language, and be articulate, detail oriented, and high profile.
