My client in the Mobile Entertainment industry is currently seeking a qualified Administrative Coordinator for their Downtown Vancouver office. As the Administrative Coordinator you will work together with my client’s administration team to effectively manage the office, including facilities management, travel management, executive assistance, sales coordination, ordering office supplies and equipment purchasing, coordination of the health and safety program, planning company events, and various other tasks. The ideal candidate will have developed a unique blend of customer service and administrative skills. Must be tech-savvy, organized and detail-oriented, and have been known to single-handedly manage special projects. The Administrative Coordinator must truly enjoy working with people – duties include, responding to the Director’s in-person, phone and email enquiries, and everything a personal Assistant would take care of. Must have a knack for negotiating the prices for all of the office’s requirements and be able to develop effective working relationships with suppliers and vendors. This role may require occasional errand out side of the office, so, a valid BC Driver’s License is also required.
Experience in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment combined with post secondary courses in administration would be an asset.
