My client, a large commercial Property Management firm is
currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a high profile commercial
property in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will have property management
experience with exposure to leasing and tenant relations. My client is seeking a strong, detail
oriented, team player, with customer service skills and a “can do” attitude. For

. This position will pay $60K - $65K depending on experience + excellent

Primary duties include:

Manage parking, storage and telecom agreements
for properties, including preparation of licence agreements, monthly
reconciliations and site inspections.

Assist Property Manager with collection of rent
and tenant obligations
·
Assist in the preparation and review of
financial reporting (budgets, monthly reporting, expenses and revenues)
·
Prepare and update Tennant manuals & fire
and safety plans
·
Assist with tenant move-in/out activity. Tennant
correspondence, memos, etc…
·
Conduct inspection of properties and quarterly
audits
·
Completes tendering for contracts (snow removal,
landscaping, etc…)
·
Provides supervision of construction projects as
directed by the Property Manager.
Required skills and qualifications:
·
2-3 years of Commercial Property Management
experience
·
Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel, JD
Edwards is an asset.
·
Post secondary education /RPA Designation in
progress an asset
·
Knowledge of lease interpretation and tenant
relations |
