My client, a
large Residential Property Management firm is currently seeking a General
Manager /Managing Broker to manage a large property in Vancouver and to oversee
the day to day operations of the Strata Department. The ideal candidate will
have Residential real estate experience and a Strata License. This position
will have a Licensed Assistant working with the role. The Managing Broker must
liaise with the President and/or Chief Operating Officer on a daily basis and provide
guidance and support to Strata agents. My client is looking for an experienced,
professional General Manager and a customer service expert to perform the
following duties:

Hiring
Strata Agents
·
Training
Strata Agents
·
Management
of new strata developments (Developer handovers)
·
Contractor
liaison
·
Monthly
Strata Agent mentoring meetings
·
Client
retention
·
Proposals
and proposal meetings
·
Managing
Broker
·
Participate
in senior management meetings with President and Chief Operating Officer on a
regular basis.
·
Assist in
setting goals and objectives for the Company
·
Responsible
for department performance, i.e. meeting company’s budget, goals and objectives
·
Enforces
Standard Operating Procedures and other disciplinary measures with Strata
Agents
·
Development
of strata portfolios
·
Oversee
strata corporations obtained from developers up to and including the time they
are transferred to another agent.
This
