My client, a leading health and beauty firm, is currently seeking an Entry level Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor for their office in North Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual French/English, and will have had at least a year of Customer Service experience. This role will be a Junior Supervisor of a Customer Service Team of 3-4 Representatives. My client is looking for someone who can lead a Team of individuals and hold them accountable for a high level of service in this call center environment. Excellent computer skills and a friendly demeanor is required along with good computer skills. This role will pay between $17 - $17.50 per hour + benefits and opportunity for advancement.
