Position: L2 support professional

Roles and Responsibilities
Strong UNIX/ PERL scripting, SQL, Sybase or DB2, Autosys or other job scheduling technology
L2 support for Commodities trading desk
Excellent communication and comprehension skills, as the role requires direct day to day interaction with customers
Analysis of incidents and requests and escalation to L3 / resolution within agreed SLA and KPI measures
Creating documentation for transferring repetitive work to L1 teams
Workload and process optimization through problem management process
Management of outages and other major incidents including timely and periodic communication to stakeholders
Creation of scripts and utilities for automating incident resolution
Ability to handle stress and pressure, assertive communication skills, time management and prioritization of tasks
Knowledge and Experience
