My client, a top notch Sign franchise is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Receptionist for their Surrey location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to represent my clientís front office in a professional and efficient yet friendly, upbeat manner. As well, this role requires an outgoing, detail oriented personality to deal with customersí needs and follow through with managing the front office. Duties include, answering phones at the front desk, responding effectively to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, in-house direct mailings, processing work orders accurately, and receiving customer payments as well as in-house marketing, following up on existing leads, pricing, and preparing quotes plus helping out in the store whenever needed. The Customer Service/Receptionist will need to have excellent computer skills, a flexible attitude, and willingness to pitch-in. This role requires a Team player and a valid driverís license for occasional errands, a company vehicle will be provided. Some post secondary Business education or specific sign background would be nice but not necessary. The position pays an hourly wage, plus a quarterly profit sharing bonus depending on experience.
