My client, a leading International Advertising Agency is currently seeking a Senior Brand Director to join their Vancouver office to oversee their Design Group. This is a highly entrepreneurial role and Business Development is a major focus of the position. My client is looking for a proven visionary, with a passion for design and branding and the ability to motivate, manage, and work with all levels of management in order to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent knowledge of how to obtain business results and identify opportunities for new business. The Brand Director will be skilled with budgeting, project management, analytical and problem solving with a focus on creative solutions from a strategic perspective, as well as be required to manage all brand projects and analyze business results to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being reached. The Senior Brand Director will be expected to provide superior customer service and cultivate excellent relationships with both clients and departments within the agency in order to ensure a cohesive and impactful messaging and trademark consistency. The ideal candidate must have a passion for design and dedication to a job well done. This division of the agency will essentially be the Brand Director’s baby and my client is looking for a vibrant and fresh approach, “no in the box” or “old school” thinking allowed! This candidate must be willing to “roll up their sleeves” to do whatever it takes to ensure a thriving, bustling business. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 + excellent benefits and ample opportunity for growth. Previous Agency, and branding, design experience would be preferred, plus a University Degree in Business or Marketing is nice but not necessary.
