• Manage daily routing of orders being printed, pulled, checked and packed, auditing and shipping of products to customers, including reducing the number of errors related to packing products. • Monthly inventory count along with any ad hoc required individual product counts when required. • Supervise the unloading, staging, put a way and auditing of incoming freight, including control of physical inventory • General warehouse administrative duties • Process back orders, product placement and bin location allocations • Analyse and resolve problems, recommend and implement changes • Adhering to Health Canada rules and procedures and ensuing their enforcement. • Liaise with Canada Post regarding tracking and claims required on behalf of the company • Oversee the security, maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness of the facility and equipment • Process and monitor shipping claims for parcels not reached destinations, damaged or other • Receive shipments by following all rules and procedures • Receiving and processing customer returns • Maintain an accurate log of all warehouse transfers • Allocating boxes received to the correct bays
SKILLS
• Must have one year Distribution and Warehouse knowledge and experience • The position requires a good understanding of computers. • This position requires a person willing to be very hands on assisting with pick and pack on a daily basis • Strong communication and decision making ability required • Must be a well organized team player, detailed orientated and able problem solve regularly • Candidates must be able to lift heavy material when required
COMPENSATION
