My client, a leading Company in the Health, Beauty & Skincare Industry is currently hiring a National Sales Representative to oversee the national sales and training efforts of their skincare brands. The ideal candidates will be a dynamic, results-driven professional, with 2 - 3 years of experience in health and beauty field sales at a national level. The National Sales Representative will spearhead the development of retail sales partnerships as well as develop new ones, and will oversee the education and training of company employees working with their brands. Responsibilities will include developing goals and managing standards as well as training other sales consultants and vendors’ in-line with my client’s corporate philosophy, and core values. The National Sales Representative must be self-motivated and dedicated to the highest standards and quality of customer service. Further duties include developing and maintaining business sales, partnerships and prospects and assisting with evaluating corporate infrastructure, as it relates to the effectiveness of the marketing of their brands. The National Sales Representative will work with senior management to implement policies, procedures, goals and targets for internal staff, along with creating manuals and other corporate training materials. It will be essential for the National Sales Representative to coordinate with other department managers, vendors and clients to support the growth and development of their business as a whole, while working along-side of the Operations team, to align the sales efforts with operational and supply-chain efforts to optimize business profitability. My client is seeking a passionate individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with the public in order to build strong relationships.
