 My client is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Shareholder Communications) to work in their Downtown Vancouver office. I am looking for someone who enjoys Admin work and someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, no “clock watchers”. Ideally my client is looking for a stable candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment, who is highly organized, and has an outstanding personality and friendly internal/external communication skills. Position attributes include, high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment, pleasant phone manner, and courteous disposition. The successful candidate will have an innate sense of people and the ability to read others and anticipate their needs, as well as task follow through, and due diligence. Please note that anyone applying for this role must have familiarity with Share Subscription Agreements and Registered financial Plans and at least 1 year of experience in this area.  Basic Admin skills are required, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. This position is a corporate role, and requires a poised, polished individual. This is not a position for an “in the box” thinker.  I am looking for a “yes, I can” attitude, and someone who does not think certain duties are beneath them.
