Downtown Vancouver Telecommunications company is currently seeking a qualified Call Centre Supervisor.
This is an in-bound Call Centre, requiring a Supervisor to oversee up to 20+, Customer Service Representatives.
This is a casual work atmosphere, with excellent benefits and training provided.
SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and be available to work a four on, four off day shift with working hours either from 7am -7pm or 11am -11pm.
Previous experience having trained, and supervised employees in a busy fast paced environment, with the ability to "hold people accountable" is necessary.
Any multilingual capability would be an asset.
SALARY
$32,000 + depending on experience and language skills + benefits and room for growth.
