Role A fast growing North Shore based, full-service skin care marketing and supply company, is seeking a qualified Senior Direct Response Marketing Manager. Canadian owned and operated, my client delivers quality products and exemplary services and has become an industry leader in improving customer satisfaction and providing innovative and leading skin care solutions. The Direct Response Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s Direct Response efforts, and to generate revenue for all brands by planning, executing and managing direct mail, on-line marketing, radio advertising, Shopping Channel, DRTV, customer retention, receiving orders, and directing staff. Duties include, Accomplishing direct Marketing Human Resources strategies by delegating responsibilities, communicating and implementing corporate programs supporting the Direct Marketing Division of the company. The Marketing Manager will also assist the Operations departments with web-design projects, including but not limited to, email campaigns and direct response landing pages, as well as playing a role in the monitoring Web development and content.
Skills The ideal candidate will have the ability to achieve direct marketing operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to functional strategic plans and reviews, preparing action plans, implementing customer service standards, and working with financial strategies. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be required to anticipate and forecast direct marketing requirements, trends and variances; aligning monetary resources, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the effect of variances. Identification of consumer niches, working with catalogues and product selections will also be required.
